This Client Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of the date of purchase (the “Effective Date”), is between Liz Lewis (“Provider”) and the purchasing party (“Client”).
By completing this purchase, Client agrees to the terms outlined below. This applies to either of the following services:
The VIP Tech Intensive ("VIP Day"), or
The VIP Fit Check Call
WHEREAS, Provider offers specialized digital tech implementation services, and Client wishes to retain Provider under the terms below:
All sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, prep work, calendar reservations, and/or internal planning begins immediately. Because of this, cancellations or refund requests will not be accepted.
Clients must follow all onboarding and submission requirements outlined in their service confirmation email. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling delays or forfeiture of the booking.
The VIP Fit Check is a 45-minute clarity call held via Google Meet. The goal of this session is to determine whether a VIP Day, strategy support, or other path is most appropriate for the Client's current needs.
VIP Fit Check Calls:
Are scheduled immediately after payment
Are considered a final sale
May not be rescheduled without at least 24 hours’ notice
Do not include deliverables, tech fixes, or implementation
☑️ Credit Toward VIP Day:
If the Client books a VIP Day within 30 days of the Fit Check Call, the full cost of the call will be applied toward the VIP Day total.
The VIP Day is a done-for-you implementation day. It is not coaching, training, or a full business build.
Upon purchase, the Client must:
Submit their VIP Day Pre-Work Questionnaire within 5 days
Provide required login credentials and access
Remain available during the scheduled day via Google Chat
The booking calendar will only be released once the questionnaire has been reviewed and accepted.
The VIP Day is a timed event, performed during a fixed 6-hour block (typically 9am–3pm ET). The scope and quantity of work completed will depend on the clarity of the punch list and complexity of the tasks. Once the scheduled time is complete, the session ends—no rollover or time extensions will be provided.
Rescheduling:
One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ written notice
The rescheduled VIP Day must occur within 30 days of original booking
New bookings are subject to current rates
Post-Day Support:
Clients receive 7 calendar days of post-day chat support for clarification on work completed. Additional work will require a separate booking.
All deliverables and files will be shared via Google Drive, Loom, Canva, or chat. Clients are responsible for saving all files. Re-sending files outside the support window is not guaranteed.
2. VIP DAY TECH INTENSIVE PAYMENT, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS
This VIP Day is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Upon payment, internal preparation begins—including review of systems, access credentials, punch list validation, and pre-build setup. As such, refunds will not be granted, even if a calendar date has not yet been selected.
Each VIP Day is a timed implementation event. Work is performed during a dedicated 6-hour block and will conclude at the end of that block, regardless of task completion. Unused time is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Clients may reschedule once, with at least 7 days’ written notice. Rescheduled bookings must occur within 30 days of the original booking, pending availability. Failure to comply may require a new booking at current rates.
Client grants Provider permission to use their business name, logo, and non-sensitive visuals (excluding confidential or personal information) in promotional materials. Client may request delay or approval before publication.
Provider will devote up to 6 hours on the scheduled VIP Day to tasks provided and prioritized by Client. All work is performed remotely between 9am–3pm ET.
VIP Day deliverables vary based on task complexity and clarity of the punch list. Deliverables are not guaranteed beyond the time allotted.
Client agrees to remain available via the designated communication channel (Google Chat) during the scheduled time for feedback, access, and approvals.
VIP Day Tech Intensive includes video walkthroughs of work completed during the VIP Day.
Client receives 7 calendar days of post-day chat support via designated chat space. Support covers clarification or quick fixes on completed work only. Additional work will require a separate booking.
All files will be shared via Google Drive, Loom, or Canva. Client is responsible for downloading or saving any materials. File re-sending is not guaranteed after the support window ends.
